We're homeowners!
For those of you who haven't yet heard the good news, we recently bought a home in Tennessee from our former across-the-street "grandparents," who offered to sell it to us when we stopped by for a visit in Januaury. Carl and Opal Simpson, the second owners of the house, have lived there for about 40 years but have decided to move to a retirement community. Although we will miss having our wonderful "grandparents" as neighbors, we are thrilled about the house and can't wait to move in come August.
