Since the beach is only about a forty-five minute drive from our home, we thought it was about time to pay a visit come August. The beach here in no way qualifies as a tropical paradise, but for novice beach-goers like ourselves, it is exotic enough. Tommy enjoyed digging in the sand, and Edie lounged under a parasol with Sarah, showing everybody how cute she can be.
